Notice to all Competitors

1. Competition Date: 27/2/2010
2. Competition Venue: Grand Ballrooms, The Venetian Macao~Resort~Hotel
3. Daytime Competition begins at 07:00 a.m.   Evening Competition begins at 07:30 p.m.
4. Registration time is arranged as follows:
   

   *	8:00 p.m. ~11:00 p.m. on 26 February, 2010. Kindly be advised that you may pay the entry fee and claim the Numbering Cloth at the Registration area (Grand Ballrooms, The Venetian Macao~Resort~Hotel) the day before the competition!
   *	To start at 6:30 a.m. on 27 February, 2010

5. Competitor Rehearsal: 6:30 a.m. ~7:00 a.m. on 27 February, 2010
6. Others:
   

   (1)	Competitors must check-in and enroll prior competition in order to be eligible for competition
   (2)	Competitors should use your own Numbering Cloth as coupon for claming food package at the food center
   (3)	Competitors are kindly requested to read carefully all rules and regulations of Competition details constituted by MIPBDA. Please be sure to have enough time for changing costume between dances. MIPBDA will not be responsible for any reasons of absence from competitors as a result of competition being disqualified.
   (4)	Please be aware for the announcement of Prize Awarding time as we will have the prize ceremony being held at 4:30 p.m. ( except Macau Open Professional ); the top 6 couples should put on well dressed with costume for Prize Awards Ceremony.
   (5)	There will be no prize ceremony for all competitions ranking from 7th to 12th place. Those couples must be aware to the cash prizing announcement from MIPBDA Organizer and collect the cash prize with your own Numbering Cloth at Award Zone during the appointed time. Those late comers will forfeit the right to collect any cash prize.
   (6)	Free shuttle bus service between Grandview Hotel and Competition Venue will be arranged for all competitors. Bus will depart from Grandview Hotel to Competition Venue every 20 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please be aware to the bus timetable in order not to miss the shuttle bus.
   (7)	Macau Open Professional (Standard & Latin) Semi-Finals and Finals will be held at Dinner Party. The Organizer will offer shuttle bus for these top 16 couples (who live in Grandview Hotel) back to Grandview Hotel at 5:30 p.m. and return to the Competition Venue from Grandview Hotel at 6:30 p.m. Please be punctual as no late comers will be waited.
   (8)	Please take good care of your own personal belongings as MIPBDA will not be responsible for any loss at the competition venue.
   (9)	Please keep the Competition Venue clean and no water should be spilled onto the floor. Competitors will be responsible for any damage at the Competition Venue.
   (10)	All Competitors must follow the rules and regulations constituted by MIPBDA Organizer.
   (11)	If any disputes which are not stated on the above regulations, decision of MIPBDA Organizer will be final.
   (12)	Information may be subject to change without prior notice.
