Reservation Details will be provided in our Enrollment Confirmation Letter.

• Please note that all competitors making reservations for the official hotel must check-in before 9:00pm on the 9th March, 2012, unless they have informed the hotel upon reservations for a late check-in request; otherwise, the room will be automatically cancelled by the hotel without prior notice. The Organizer will not be responsible for any hotel-cancellation issues between the official hotel and the competitors.
