  2. How can I verify that I am registered?
   

Successful qualifiers will receive confirmation letter through e-mail or fax; after the entry form & cash remittance note (couples’ names and amount paid) have been received and the submission is correct.

If I do not receive the Confirmation Letter, what can I do?

 

If you do not receive a confirmation letter in 1 weeks after submitted the entry form & remittance note, please contact us through e-mail or fax for further assistance.

4. How much is the daytime admission?
 
 

Daytime admission fee is HKD50 per person.

  5. How much is the dinner party admission?
     
   

Dinner party admission fee is HKD850 up per person.

  6. How do I arrange for transportation from Hong Kong International Airport?
     
   

You can take ferry (COTAIJET or TURBOJET) from SkyPier at HK airport directly to Macau, please see the brief information for passenger below:
(Remark:  SkyPier and the Transfer Desk are in the restricted area inside the HK Airport; passengers have to buy the ferry tickets at the Transfer Desk, there is no need to go through the immigration and collect the baggage. Passengers can choose COTAIJET or TURBOJET regarding to their arrival time.)

  • Purchase ferry ticket at Transfer Desk: Passengers have to show their baggage identification tag upon the purchasing.
  • Boarding at SkyPier to Taipa Ferry Terminal by COTAIJET or Macau Ferry Terminal by TURBOJET. (Approx. 1 hour)

  9. How do I go to the Venetian Macao ~ Resort ~ Hotel from Macau Airport / Macao Ferry
    Terminal / Pac On Ferry Terminal / Gong Bei Border Gate?
     
   

You are suggested to take a taxi to the Venetian Macao~Resort~Hotel. The time you need is almost the same as the official hotel we mentioned above.

In addition, the Venetian Macao~Resort~Hotel provide free shuttle bus service on site to the following destinations:

  10. How do the competitors go to Venetian Macao ~ Resort ~ Hotel from the official hotel?
    How long does it take?
     
   

Organizer will provide shuttle bus service for the competitors. It takes around 10 minutes to the competition venue.

     
  11. Can I get a supporting document for visa application?
     
   

Yes, the Organizer will issue an official supporting document on request by e-mail and please kindly inform us as soon as possible.

     
  12. Is photo taking / video recording allowed during the competition?
     
   

Photo taking & video recording are strictly prohibited without the Organizer’s approval.  

     
  13. Where can we obtain our number tags? And when?  
     
   

Competitors may collect their number tags and competitors’ information at the competition venue on 9th March, 2012 at 8:00pm to 11:00pm. Additionally, competitors may also collect them in the morning before their competitions on the 10th of March, 2012.

     
  14. When do I get the rundown of the competition?
     
   

The rundown and number tags will be given to competitors at the registration counter. The rundown can be downloaded through our official website. It will also be posted on the notice board at the roll call area on the competition day.  

     
  15. When will competitors have practice session?
     
   

Competitors are able to have practice session on the 10th March, 2012 at 6:30a.m. The Organizer will try to arrange a practice session for competitors on the night of 9th March, 2012. Please ask the registration counter on that night for updated information regarding this.  

     
  16. When will the competition start?
     
   

Competition will start on 10th March, 2012 at 7:30am.
